At NaturaVital Clinical, we make clinically formulated supplements that meet the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of ingestible health and wellness products, all sales are final.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

NaturaVital Clinical does not accept returns.

Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we cannot restock or resell returned items to protect safety and quality.

All purchases are final once an order is placed.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Delayed delivery caused by carriers

  • Failure to provide accurate shipping information


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@naturavitalclinical.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photograph of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, NaturaVital Clinical is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to retrieve package

We do not issue refunds. Reshipment fees may apply.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

Orders rejected by customs or abandoned are not eligible for refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

If your order has already been sent to fulfillment, it cannot be modified or refunded.
